This notice explains what Xcessive Media collects when you send a package request and how that information is used.
Information you provide
When you submit a package request or general inquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, message, and any business, vehicle, location, timing, or package details you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate your project, respond to you, prepare a proposal, organize prospective and active client work, and protect the request form from abuse. Submitting a request does not create a booking or take payment.
Where it is processed
Package requests are stored in Xcessive Media’s private Notion client records. Package notifications and general inquiries are delivered to contact@xcessivemedia.com through Resend. The website is hosted with OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information only to provide their services.
Fraud and abuse protection
The site uses short-lived security checks and request limits. A one-way, salted identifier derived from the network address is stored for limited time windows; the raw address is not stored in the site’s request-limit database.
Retention and sharing
We keep inquiry and project information only as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, communicate with you, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information submitted through this site by emailing contact@xcessivemedia.com. Some records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
